About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive and scale strategic partnerships within a luxury fashion marketplace focusing exclusively on clothes shoes (including sneakers) and bags.
This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in e-commerce or resale marketplaces managing brand partnerships seller ecosystems or supply acquisition.
Jewelry watches and fine accessories are strictly out of scope.
What Youll Do

Build and manage partnerships with luxury apparel footwear/sneaker and bag brands

Secure high-demand authentic inventory across approved categories

Drive GMV and revenue growth through marketplace partnerships

Expand brand and seller coverage within clothes shoes and bags
-
Lead commercial negotiations and structure long-term marketplace agreements
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing product operations logistics)

Use data insights to optimize partner and category performance

Manage and mentor business development team members
What Were Looking For

Proven experience in business development or partnerships within a marketplace platform

Direct experience with luxury fashion apparel footwear/sneakers or bags

Strong network of brands distributors or sellers in the approved categories

Solid understanding of fashion supply chains and marketplace dynamics

Track record of driving revenue growth and category expansion

Strong negotiation relationship-building and leadership skills
