Job Summary
Responsibilities
The duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage of IT assets and updates of systems
- Perform duties as Local IT Coordinator for the division
- Assist to roll out new IT initiatives projects and enhancements
- Able to guide staff on usage of technology tools
- Coordinate and work with stakeholders and vendors to provide support for staff on IT issues
- Assist on daily admin matters and operations in Training Academy
- Manage classroom utilization planning and logistics support
- Prepare training course materials and related courseware e.g. updating of tablets LMS/TMS platform
- Manage foreign participants student pass
- Apply and track security access clearance into restricted areas e.g. Apron / Hangar
- Carry out any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in IT (or IT-related) or Engineering
- Conversant with Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules would be an advantage
- A team player but also be able to work independently with initiative and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
