Make an Impact by
- Supporting the maintenance and daily operations of Singtels National Quantum Safe Network (NQSN).
- Assisting with regular preventive maintenance and contributing to network expansions upgrades and new infrastructure rollouts involving routers switches firewalls virtual machines containers and monitoring systems.
- Collaborating with engineering teams on future implementations node deployments and technical support tasks.
- Contributing to presales activities such as preparing materials for RFPs RFIs and RFQs.
- Troubleshooting network issues monitoring and analysing NQSN performance and supporting proactive measuressuch as software or hardware updatesto enhance network reliability.
- Preparing performance reports and working with stakeholders to recommend actions that prevent potential performance-related incidents.
Skills for Success
- A degree in Computer Science Network Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts including routers switches firewalls and virtual environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in advanced networking and quantum-safe technologies.
