Make an Impact by
- Developing and maintaining Operations Support Systems (OSS) to ensure efficient network and service operations.
- Participating in requirements workshops and capturing system/software needs.
- Developing automation scripts for resource monitoring and incident management.
- Testing and evaluating monitoring requirements to ensure reliability and performance.
- Managing the full lifecycle of monitoring triggering and incident creation.
- Handling code documentation version control troubleshooting and debugging across hardware software and appliances.
Skills for Success
- A degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python Shell) and automation concepts.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) and software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in OSS development and network automation.
