What Youll Lead & Deliver
Customer Excellence:
Ensure outstanding service delivery act as an escalation point for key accounts and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Modernisation & Extension (ME) Growth:
Identify upgrade opportunities across hardware software and digital solutions to drive revenue and lifecycle value.
Financial Performance:
Manage regional budget deliver revenue and margin targets support invoicing and AR processes and ensure commercial accuracy.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimise service processes ensure SLA compliance manage resource allocation and coordinate project delivery.
Team Leadership & Development:
Coach and develop the NSW service team drive technical competency and promote a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Proven experience in service operations project management or technical leadership (3 years).
Strong people management and customer relationship skills.
Commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and margin performance.
Process-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
Technical background (Engineering/IT/Electronics) advantageous.
Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow CRM systems BI reporting etc.
