WSB Distributors is looking for a trainee Parts Interpreter to join our Loxton branch. If youre keen to start a solid career in the agricultural and industrial machinery industry this is a great chance to learn on the job with a supportive experienced team.

About You
Youre motivated willing to learn and comfortable talking with people. You understand the importance of looking after customers from start to finish and you enjoy working with others to get the job done.
Were looking for someone who is:

Friendly helpful and professional
Confident with customers
Comfortable using computers
Careful with details and accuracy
Clear and confident on the phone
Keen to learn and grow
Interest in ag parts and farming
Key Responsibilities
- Helping customers at the counter over the phone and by email
- Preparing quotes purchase orders and paperwork
- Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks
- Reading and understanding parts diagrams
