We are looking for a Change Manager to join our HR Technology & Transformation team.
Youll own adoption from education release stabilization turning complex transformations into smooth real impact across the company.
You will be responsible for:
- Design and orchestrate each release cycle end-to-end
- Plan and deliver training sessions for stakeholders before release
- Plan and coordinate stabilisation activities after release
- Own and track the checklist of legacy-to-new process alignment
- Manage the issue list: errors inconsistencies and process gaps identified during stabilization or performance reviews
- Collaborate with 20 stakeholders across functions and locations to make change stick and create measurable value
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role (Transformational leader / Change manager / Organizational Development Manager / Release manager / Product management etc)
- Advanced user of AI tools Google sheets Power BI and other analytical tools
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Self-starter that demonstrates leadership with or without formal authority
- Advanced analytical and logical skills
- Ability to drill down to find root cause of issues
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- High degree of emotional intelligence
- Excellent facilitation presentation and communication skills.
