Job Summary

Lead planning execution and delivery of multiple projects within scope time and budget
Establish and maintain effective delivery supervision across the portfolio
Build and manage project teams fostering collaboration and growth
Select and adapt project management methodologies to fit project needs
Identify assess and mitigate risks proactively
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders
Communicate closely with customers to manage expectations and support business development
Coordinate resources delegate tasks and monitor progress
Resolve conflicts and promote a high-performance team culture
Utilize project management tools to ensure transparency and progress tracking

Qualifications :

5 years of experience in project and/or program management
Experience with public sector or government projects
Experience with fixed-price projects
Strong understanding of project program and portfolio management concepts
Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams
Strong risk management planning and decision-making skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira MS Project Microsoft tools)
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage complexity
Advanced understanding of corporate environments and business objectives
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level
