You will own and activate bold consumer-centric plans from innovation and communication to in-store excellence ensuring brands not only stay relevant but continue to lead. With full visibility on performance you will make data-driven decisions that accelerate growth optimize investments and strengthen brand equity over time.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners you will turn strategy into execution with speed and precision bringing ideas to life and making a tangible business impact.
You will be not just brand leader. Youll inspire both internal teams external customers and final consumers to be a part of iconic snacking history.
How You Will Make It Happen
- Bring brand strategy to life by adapting global vision into locally winning plans
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives
- Create and deliver impactful 360 campaigns that resonate with consumers
- Drive successful innovation pipeline and product launches ensuring strong in-market execution
- Partner closely with commercial teams to win at the point of sale (promo visibility merchandising)
- Continuously track performance (NPD P&L SOM pricing competition) and optimize for growth
- Manage A&C investments with a strong ROI mindset
- Contribute to long-term (3-5 year) growth strategy and portfolio development
What You Bring
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing with a strong track record on brand growth
- Deep understanding of consumers and ability to translate insights into action
- Strong commercial acumen and ownership mindset passion for growth
- Ability to manage complexity prioritize and deliver under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in effective collaboration with creative agencies
- Fluency in English
