As Country Manager you will lead our clientsoperations growth and performance across Ukraine. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic commercial management with hands-on operational delivery. You will own the country P&L drive revenue growth ensure exceptional customer experience and lead a diverse team to deliver our clients ambition: to make hybrid working accessible everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Own and deliver the countrys financial performance including revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all our clientsbrands and channels.
- Forge new partnerships to accelerate network expansion.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure centres operate efficiently with high occupancy and outstanding customer service.
- Champion innovative workplace design and operational innovation.
Team Leadership
- Build inspire and develop a high-performing team that embodies our clients customer centric culture.
- Foster collaboration across sales marketing operations and network development functions.
- Drive accountability and performance through clear KPIs and data-driven management.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Represent our client as the market leader in flexible workspace building strong relationships with corporate clients partners and stakeholders.
Required Skills Experience & Qualifications
- Strong commercial track-record of driving month on month top and bottom-line growth.
- Outstanding leadership skills you have recruited trained and retained a best in class team.
- Good at setting priorities putting plans in place and using data to review performance.
- Understands and manage levers that maximize revenue and profitability including price and enquiry conversion.
- Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong business relationships.
- Well organised good at setting priorities for self and others.
- Resilient and a strong work ethic.
