Job Summary
Property Developer specialising in land subdivisions and medium/high density residential projects are urgently looking for a Project Manager tooversee project delivery from inception to completionfor both development and construction.
Relevant qualifications in construction management civil engineering urban planning or a related field required.
Project Engineer/Junior Project Managers/Development Managers will also be considered.
This role will suit somebody who is looking for long-term growth as well as working on significant projects.
Requirements;
- Strong knowledge of DA processes design management and consultant coordination.
- Familiarity with construction practices including budgeting procurement and scheduling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive them through both planning and delivery stages.
- Excellent communication negotiation and organisational skills.
- Development Phase:
- Manage DA submissions ensuring compliance with planning regulations.
- Review designs consultant reports and planning approvals to enhance project outcomes.
- Coordinate with town planners architects engineers and other consultants to drive project progress.
- Oversee feasibility assessments budgeting and project scheduling.
- Construction Phase:
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to meet project milestones.
- Management of Payment Schedules & Payment Claims
- Ensure site operations comply with safety and quality standards.
- Assist with tender preparation contractor selection and procurement processes.
