Job Summary
- Preparation of procurement documentation and subsequent procurement activities including Head Contractor and Managing Contractor Contract.
- Preparation of Public Works Committee documentation.
- Design Management and Coordination.
- Extensive Stakeholder Consultation/Management
- Manage/lead multiple project commitments
- Lead chair and minute client meetings / discussions
- Work with team lead to pursue business initiatives
- Commission Management (SPM roles)
Qualifications :
- A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management Engineering Architecture Cost Management or relatable trade experience
- 2 to 5 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
- Baseline clearance is required
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure fast paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
