Whats the role
As a Manager -Group Performance & Analytics you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance insights through reporting and analytics aligned with the banks strategy and competitive landscape. You will support business conversations and decision-making with efficient data-led driver-based insights while balancing performance with commercial value risk innovation sustainability productivity and digitisation. A key focus will be simplifying processes to eliminate non-value-add work and create capacity for meaningful analytics.
What do I need
- 3 years banking or financial services experience desirable
- Working towards or Chartered / CPA qualification desirable
- Extensive practical application of Excel skills; and experience with BI / reporting tools and large data sets desirable
- Experience with financial modelling process and or report design
- Solid collaboration communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation whilst maintaining customer service
