We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Head of People & Capability Group Functions reporting to the Group P&C this role you will lead Business Partnering Talent Acquisition and Organisational Development driving our people strategy in action. Youll work closely with leaders to build capability develop talent enhance performance and enable the business to achieve its strategic goals.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capability and embed the people strategy through clear competencies succession planning and performance management.
- Coach and influence leaders to adopt best-practice people practices that boost engagement capability and performance.
- Manage Employee Relations cases ensuring fair consistent and timely resolution in line with legal requirements and policies.
- Provide leadership that motivates the team through clear roles delegated authority and accountability for outcomes.
- Lead Talent Acquisition to attract select and onboard high-calibre talent aligned with business needs and culture.
- Drive Organisational Development initiatives including talent and succession planning career frameworks and targeted leadership programs.
- Lead change initiatives to enhance leadership capability ways of working and people practices across the Group.
Qualifications :
- Previous P&C leadership experience with at least 5 years at a leadership level
- Proven ability to build strong credible relationships with business leaders
- Experience across P&C business partnering talent acquisition or organisational development
- Relevant tertiary qualification which may include HR law or psychology
- Background in retail hospitality or FMCG is highly desirable
