NEW ROLE DUE TO GROWTH a RAPIDLY growing technology company is looking for an HR Director for a data center located south of Dallas TX.

SUMMARY:
- Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver proactive business-aligned support to help strengthen performance culture organizational effectiveness etc.
- Elevate the companys people department/function
- Senior/strategic advisor to company leaders
- Oversee employee relations/employee engagement within assigned business units

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8 years of HR experience
- Strong employee relations strategic partnership and organizational design experience
- Experience in high-growth or complex environments
- Leadership experience
- Data-driven mindset
- Technology data center bitcoin or similar industry experience is preferred
- Bachelors degree
