AsRegionalService Delivery LeadEMEA you will play a pivotal role in the Global Business ServicesSource-To-Pay (S2P)division. Your work will directly contribute to improving patients lives by ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across EMEA. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and excellence making a tangible impact on healthcare outcomes. As a key member of theS2POperations global team you will provide leadership and planning to ensure proper execution of sourcing and contracting activities.

What You Will Achieve

  • Provide strategic direction oversightand full accountability forregionalservice deliveryin EMEA of Source-To-Pay (S2P) solutions delivered by the engaged external third-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner ensuring alignment with Pfizers goals and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • OverseeBPOsourcing and contracting execution ensuring quality compliance and adherence to SLAsand KPIsfor the EMEA region.
  • Act as the point of contact and escalation for business stakeholders S2P Category teamsand BPO partnersfor the EMEA region.
  • Develop andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders drive operational excellence andidentifyprocess improvements and risks.
  • Support procurement technology enablement team development and performance evaluationof the BPO partner.
  • Champion innovation knowledge sharing and collaboration across functions to achieve strategicobjectives.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):

  • BA/BS with at least7years of experience MBA/MS with at least6years PhD/JD with at least 1 year.
  • Strong project management skills andexpertisein service delivery within a large organization.
  • Proficiencyinfinancial management resource allocation and procurement processes (Sourcing to Contracting).
  • Advanced analytical organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba suite (AribaeSourcing Contract Workbench) or similar enterprise procurement software.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Advanced MS Office capabilities (Excel PowerPoint Word).
  • English language fluency.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

  • Experience as a team leader/manager within a Shared Service Center or Center of Excellence.
  • MCIPS or equivalent professional procurementqualification.
  • Sourcing and contracting experience in categories such as Office Equipment IT Marketing Packaging Manufacturing Construction Professional Services R&D Direct Materials.
  • Fluency inadditionallanguages (Spanish German Mandarin French Dutch Italian Japanese Korean Portuguese Arabic).
