What your day will look like:

Supporting customers via phone chat and email

Investigating and resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy

Offering clear guidance empathy and confidence in every interaction

Working closely with your team and escalating complex cases when needed
What You Bring

Fluency in Croatian and English (spoken & written)

High school diploma or equivalent

6 months of customer service experience (travel or hospitality is a big plus!)

A positive empathetic mindset and excellent communication skills

Confidence using computers and multiple systems
