Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Assist with product-related issues troubleshooting and warranty claims.

Provide clear and accurate product and service information.

Resolve complaints effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in training and feedback sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Native-level fluency in Spanish; English (B2)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset

Ability to work in a team while taking individual ownership

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Legal authorization to work in Greece: EU Citizenship Full/Specific-purpose Work Permit or Certificate of Protection (refugees)
