Monday Sunday
09:00 21:00 (rotational shifts)
Base Salary: 1300 gross/month
Performance Bonus: Up to 150/month
Night Shift Premium: 25% per hour
Sundays & Public Holidays: 75% per hour
11 full working days of paid remote training

Provide outstanding customer service via phone email and chat ensuring professionalism and empathy at all times.
Assist customers with product-related issues troubleshooting and warranty claims for consumer electronics.
Deliver clear and accurate information about products and services to support informed purchasing decisions.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
Language Requirements
German (C1) Native-level fluency
English (B2) Intermediate communication skills
Profile Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
