Youll help push the boundaries of creativity craft and innovation lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives elevate conceptual thinking and set the visual and strategic direction for integrated campaigns across a wide range of industriesincluding financial services consumer markets manufacturing government and more. Partnering with strategy design and technology teams you will champion innovative ideas shape compelling narratives and oversee creative development from insight to execution.

Your key responsibilities

As a Creative Lead youll guide the creative vision and ensure that every output meets the highest standards of conceptual clarity craft and innovation. Working with a diverse team of designers art directors copywriters strategists and digital specialists you will define creative strategy inspire bold ideas and oversee execution across digital experiential and traditional communication channels in Greece and beyond. Your role will bridge creativity with business thinking ensuring that every concept aligns with client goals resonates with audiences and drives measurable impact.

Also you will:

• Define and articulate creative direction across integrated campaigns brand and digital experiences.

• Guide creative team providing clear guidance constructive feedback and inspiration throughout the creative process.
• Present creative concepts storyboards and prototypes to stakeholders with clarity and confidence ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic direction.
• Stay ahead of the latest digital trends integrating fresh ideas creative approaches and emerging technologies.
• Elevate the overall creative output by maintaining high standards of quality consistency and originality across all deliverables.

Skills and attributes for success:

• 8 years of professional creative experience in the advertising industry ideally within a creative agency or consulting environment.
• Passion for creative excellence supported by a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking creative and art direction and integrated campaign work across multiple channels.
• Proven experience guiding creative teams in fast-paced environments overseeing the full creative process - from insight and ideation to execution - and delivering 360 integrated campaigns across digital TV print social experiential and emerging channels.
• Strong understanding of brand building storytelling and visual communication across digital and traditional media along with solid command in design motion and AI-enabled creative tools.
• Ability to think strategically balancing creative vision with business objectives and user needs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative thinking to both internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
• Bachelors or masters degree in a related field (e.g. marketing advertising creative direction design visual communication or a similar creative discipline).

Ideally youll also have:

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools and systems and the ability to integrate them into workflows.
• Experience facilitating workshops ideation sessions and client co-creation engagements.
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage timelines deliverables and team coordination.
• Familiarity with brand systems design systems and cross-platform creative consistency.
