人完成从初步接洽商务谈判到合同签订的完整合作流程积极探索并拓展新的
达人招募渠道如MCN 机构达人社群等
2直播执行与跟进对达播生意达成负责协调内外部资源推动直播方案落
地包括样品寄送脚本沟通上播跟进等实时监控直播数据协助处理直播间
的突发状况确保直播流程顺畅并完成达播生意目标
3数据分析与复盘跟踪和分析直播核心数据如GMV观看量转化率ROI
等定期输出复盘报告基于数据结果为达人策略和运营动作的优化提供决策

任职要求
1学历与经验
-大学本科及以上学历市场营销电子商务工商管理等相关专业优先
-3 年及以上相关工作经验有抖音电商达人BDMCN 机构或直播运营背景者
优先
-拥有口腔美妆食品等快消品类的达人MCN 资源优先
