Job Summary

Tasks and Duties

  • To be responsible for the successful execution of company policies & procedures in the territory offices.
  • To coordinate and implement Corporate and Regional programs in office administration travel training & people development human resources management for the Region.
  • To develop standardized practices and procedures in general administration and all spectrum of human resources activities for the Region.
  • To act as the liaison between the Regional Office and related Branches on all administrative and human resources matters.
  • To provide professional support to regional and branch projects events & activities.
  • To keep abreast with the trends and development of labor market and human resources management as well as changes in legal requirements and/or local practices and regulations.
  • To provide guidelines and advice on staff C&B programs employment requirements for the offices in accordance with the local government regulations and legislative requirements.
  • To support Employee Insurance plan Company Assets insurance plan legal consultancy service etc.
  • To perform additional duties and assigned by management as required to meet the Companys needs and development.
  • To review and conduct staff appraisals and one on one meeting timely in line with the 31 Initiative.
  • To assist supervisor and key staff with goal setting and monitoring development.
  • To proactively manage ER risks by reviewing investigating and documenting grievances in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • To maintain accurate secure and confidential ER data by supporting data mapping validation and continuous improvement of employee records and documentation.

Qualifications :

  • University or equivalent business qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • Well versed with the government regulations and labor law
  • Proven problem solving interpersonal communication and leadership skills
  • Good computer skills (e.g. MS Excel MS Word)
  • Fluent in English
