1. Strategic Client LeadershipServe as the senior relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned regional clients.
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with both client business objectives and company growth goals.
Lead annual strategic planning sessions with clients to identify evolving needs and opportunities.
Own P&L accountability for assigned accounts ensuring profitability cost control and contract compliance.
Monitor service delivery performance against SLAs/KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for the account(s).
Partner with functional leads (e.g. Facilities Management Project & Development Services Sustainability Technology) to ensure cohesive high-quality service delivery.
Champion a One Team approach across geographies and service lines to deliver seamless client experiences.
Escalate and resolve critical issues promptly to maintain client trust and retention.
Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with BD and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and renewal strategies.
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and support new business pursuits where relevant.
Maintain strong governance through regular executive-level client meetings and steering committees.
Proactively manage risks related to compliance safety reputation and contractual obligations.
Ensure adherence to company policies ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead mentor and develop on-site account leadership teams.
Foster a culture of inclusion accountability and operational excellence.
Promote employee engagement and retention within the account team.
Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 1015 years of experience in account management client services or operations within real estate FM or professional services.
Proven track record managing large multi-service multi-country accounts with significant P&L responsibility.
Strong understanding of integrated workplace solutions sustainability and workplace technology trends.
Excellent communication negotiation and executive presence skills.
Ability to operate strategically while maintaining operational rigor.
