Job Summary
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Production Operation Manager to oversee the entire manufacturing cycle workforce planning output GMP compliance and continuous improvement. The role ensures safe efficient and high-quality production operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production planning manpower deployment and workflow.
- Ensure GMP standards are strictly applied.
- Coordinate production with QA/QC R&D warehouse and engineering teams.
- Drive production performance KPIs (yield rejection rate downtime).
- Oversee machine capacity utilization and production cost control.
- Lead investigations for deviations breakdowns and process failures.
- Manage training discipline and performance of production staff.
- Ensure safety hygiene and compliance in the plant.
Main Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy Chemistry Engineering or related field.
- 4-7 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing; at least 2 years in a management role.
- Knowledge of tablet capsule filling or packaging line operations.
- Strong leadership process improvement and problem-solving skills.
- Skills in production scheduling KPI monitoring cost control GMP compliance and conflict management.
