The primary responsibility of this role is to provide commercial leadership and strategic direction for the growth of our new business in Japan with a critical initial focus on successfully implementing new business market through research coordination documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Driving the use of market research to identify opportunities and clinical trends integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning by assessing competitor portfolios and development strategies
  • Leading KOL and academia relationship development in the market
  • Working with other functions driving the development of KPIs
  • Understanding customers clinical and economic needs as well as values and benefits sought and prioritizing customer segments and business opportunities leading to needs-based segmentation and Go to Market plans
  • Developing/contributing to marketing strategy value proposition and solutions positioning in PDx
  • Facilitating innovative total customer offering development to ensure customer success

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Radiology science Engineering Marketing Business Administration or related field 5 years experience in healthcare and/or Pharma marketing or related field

- Ability to lead teams and shape/lead growth plans and marketing strategy Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills Leadership skills to lead teams

- Innovation develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas Team oriented ability to motivate and work well with diverse cross-functional teams Strong analytical and process skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor or masters degree in Radiology science Marketing Engineering or related field

- Deep marketing expertise in pharmaceutical medical device or healthcare business support role

- Experience assisting in marketing sales operations or product launch activities
