Responsibilities

• The intern will support the Strategy & Business Operations team in analyzing key business questions and presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team by:

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic recommendations

• Building clear concise slides that communicate findings logically and persuasively

• Supporting workstream leads in structuring ambiguous problems defining hypotheses and developing work plans

• Gathering cleaning and synthesizing data from multiple sources to identify trends insights and operational improvement

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

• Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.

• This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Companys schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday Thursday)
