Responsibilities
The intern will support the Strategy & Business Operations team in analyzing key business questions and presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team by:
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic recommendations
Building clear concise slides that communicate findings logically and persuasively
Supporting workstream leads in structuring ambiguous problems defining hypotheses and developing work plans
Gathering cleaning and synthesizing data from multiple sources to identify trends insights and operational improvement
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Companys schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday Thursday)
