Are you detail-oriented and passionate about managing IT assets effectively throughout their lifecycleAs part of our Asset Management team youll play a vital role in managing the full lifecycle of IT assetsensuring accurate inventory efficient deployment and responsible disposal if youre driven by process compliance and operational excellence this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career.
What youll do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (procurement to disposal) in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets using ServiceNow or similar asset management tools.
- Oversee inventory to track quantities locations and statuses of all devices including laptops desktops and mobile equipment.
- Generate regular reports on asset inventory procurement status and lifecycle metrics using Excel (PivotTables VLOOKUP advanced formulas).
- Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and collection of IT assets.
- Support asset deployment to end users and manage proper disposal or recycling of retired devices.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve hardware-related issues including failures replacements and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards particularly in asset and configuration management.
- Provide timely documentation and reporting for stakeholders and audits.
What youll need
- Experience in 13 years in IT Asset Management with DLM experience.
- Graduate inBE BCA BSc or BCom.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables VLOOKUP advanced formulas).
- Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with IT asset audits and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ITAM tools.
- Understanding of ITIL practices in asset and configuration management.
- Effective coordination with vendors and logistics.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
