The Retail Operations Team was formed to support the Retail and Mobile Networks to deliver commercial and customer focused results. To achieve this we provide effective and efficient operational support for all key national initiatives. We implement and deliver programs of work and complex projects that support the continuous development and evolution of the branch network with a focus on achieving performance and growth targets.
As a key leadership role the Senior Manager Operations will engage and lead staff through key changes pieces and business initiatives by implementing best practice change management and communication practices. Similarly the role be responsible for development embedding and measuring performance and performance insights through suite of Dashboards.
The role is responsible for ensuring the operational Risk and Compliance metrics for the State are achieved and will work with key stakeholders to develop appropriate remediation plans to address under performance.
Another key focus from the role is working with key stakeholders to design deliver and embed the State distribution plan along with realising the metrics set for the States efficiency productivity and investment program.
This role will report directly to Head of Retail Banking Operations and is an integral member in both the Retail Banking Leadership Team and the Vic Regional/Tas State Leadership Teams.
This is a Permanent Full time position based in Victoria. With a focus on the teams ability to be present in the locations they support it will be a requirement for the applicants to be within Victoria. We offer flexible work options that put our people first working in a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time in a local Head Office.
