The key fields of play are:

People Advisory Services Project Manager is primarily responsible for implementing account activation strategy and planning in collaboration with account leadership in the region. The individual will closely work with leadership recruiters leads and sourceswithin the Workforce Advisory team to drive performance; solution implementation; and account communications and administration.

Project Delivery this will include
Goals - The success is measured on closure of goals agreed upon with the clientwithin the timelines.
Stakeholder Management understanding and managing expectations fromexternal stakeholders (clients) and internal stakeholders (Project Delivery Partner / Director)

Collaboration and Team Management
Identifying the right talent required for project execution and collaboratinginternally with the larger team to set this up.

Recruitment Process Management Process Design and Excellence India
Provide post-implementation support by monitoring processes to ensure that they are producing the desired outcomes; make changes for improvement to reflect better results in production cost reduction and other targeted outcomes; ensure all systems are kept up to date.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Demonstrated ability to Process Design and Implementation experience preferably in HRConsulting / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition services. Highly collaborative team-oriented and strong consensus builder with
    confi dence in interaction with senior stakeholders. Lead the effort to defi ne process design standards approaches tools and otherenablers into one coherent EY Process Management capability.


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

  • Graduation/Post Graduation

Experience

  • Technical Recruiter with exposure into Non IT hiring with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates from Recruitment Outsourcing experience preferred
  • Client management/billing/business development
