Job Summary
Hours: 12pm 1:30pm
Salary: 15 per hour
This specialist alternative provision centre is seeking a calm confident and assertive Midday Meal Supervisor to support students aged 1116 who may display challenging behaviours or require emotional regulation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising small groups with awareness care and professional boundaries
Encouraging positive choices and reinforcing behaviour strategies used throughout the day
Supporting students who may need additional encouragement or a quiet space to settle
Communicating effectively with behavioural support staff
Maintaining a structured predictable routine that helps students feel safe
This role is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour support youth work or SEN.
