Catering supervisor- weekend term time only

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team in Brentwood United Kingdom for weekend shifts during term time. As a Catering Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional food service to our clients.

• Oversee and coordinate catering operations during weekend shifts
• Manage and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing guidance to the team

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role within the food service industry preffered
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work weekends during term time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

Job Types: Part-time Permanent

Pay: 13.50 - 14.50 per hour DOE

Expected hours: up to 25 per week (Sat and Sun) Friday shift also available.
