Position: Operations Supervisor

ContractType: Temporary (6 months) 45 hours

Location: Exeter

Shift: Days / Monday-Friday

Whatyoulldo:

This role will ensure the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas of the operationin accordance withthe individual work area requirements. You will need a strong work ethic and real attention to physical job in a busy warehouse hubthatsalways working at full speed soyoullbe on the go throughout your shift. Whatever taskyoureperforming your attention to detail will make sure every parcel gets to its customer right on time.

Key RoleResponsibilities:

• Supervision & reconciliation of warehouse (deliveriesHoldbayetc)

• Efficient Management of any bulk/return deliveries with C&D and LGV fleet

• Support Bulk Collection Customer Planning

• Support LGV Transport rules & regulations

• Effective deployment of all operational resourcein accordance withthe work area requirements

• EnsureKPI targets are achieved or exceededin accordance withthe work arearequirements

• Attend training and personal development courses asarranged

• Minimum of 1 year working in a comparable or acting supervisory role

• Knowledge of resource management and deployment

• Excellent communicator able to provide receive and implement operational information andinstruction

• Good IT skills
