Job Description Intern (Program Operations)
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Type: Internship 3-6 Months
Reporting to: Group Program Manager

As part of our Program Operations team you will help ensure seamless execution of our
courses directly impacting the learning journey of thousands of students across the country.
The Work What will you do
As a Program Operations Intern you will support the backend operations that keep our
programs running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating sessions and scheduling them on the learning platform.
Updating the program calendar to reflect all upcoming sessions and activities.
Maintaining KYS (Know Your Student) data for accurate learner records.
Launching and reviewing PQIs (Program Quality Indicators) to track learner experience and course performance.
Updating session details regularly to ensure accuracy and alignment with the program plan.
Maintaining attendance reports for all sessions to monitor engagement and performance.
Coordinating with the Program Managers and Training Ops team to ensure end-to-end delivery of the student journey.
Supporting ad-hoc operational tasks as required to improve learner experience.
Who Were Looking For
Students or fresh graduates looking for hands-on experience in program management and backend operations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
Proactive reliable and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Basic proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
