The Cluster Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth efficient and compliant day-to-day operations across a group of 5 clinics. This role owns workforce planning operational execution people management vendor coordination and on-ground issue resolution to ensure seamless clinic functioning and high patient experience.

Skills & Competencies
Strong operational and people management skills
Excellent problem-solving and escalation handling ability
High ownership mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clinics and teams simultaneously
Strong coordination and communication skills
Experience & Qualifications
4 7 years of experience in operations management (healthcare clinics retail or service industry preferred)
Prior experience handling multiple locations is a must
Comfortable with on-ground fast-paced operational roles
