We are looking for a Senior Manager Member Support to lead a team responsible for delivering high-impact value to our MRO-focused Member companies. This role blends hands-on analytical and program support with strategic team leadership and is ideal for someone with a consulting background.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Strategy - Lead mentor and grow a team of Member Support Advisors fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic direction coaching and performance management to ensure team members are equipped to deliver strategic data-driven insights.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet Member needs and prioritize initiatives across accounts
- Serve as escalation point for complex Member or supplier-related reporting and other challenges
Member Engagement & Program Support - Oversee day-to-day operations of the Member Support function ensuring timely accurate and high-quality deliverables to Member Advisors and Members.
- Help Advisors deepen relationships with Members by understanding their business objectives and aligning PA solutions accordingly
- Support delivery of high-quality business reviews insights and analysis to showcase program impact
- Proactively identify and support the implementation of opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
- Establish and standardize best practices tools and workflows to improve efficiency scalability and service consistency.
- Collaborate with internal analytics teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive Member value
Project & Program Management - Oversee and guide project execution across Member accounts - from opportunity identification through implementation
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives that enhance member experience and reporting productivity.
- Ensure accuracy of activity tracking opportunity pipelines and reporting by your team
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Operations to align team objectives with PAs business goals and growth strategy.
Supplier & Cross-functional Coordination - Work with supplier contacts to help drive mutual value through pricing sourcing alternatives and SKU rationalization
- Partner with internal departments (implementation sales operations) to support Member needs
Must-Have Qualifications - 10 years of relevant experience including:
- 2 5 years in consulting or a procurement-related advisory role
- 3 4 years managing and developing teams preferably in a client-facing environment
- Proven ability to analyze complex data extract insights and develop business cases that drive decisions
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities across clients team members and internal initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication - verbal written and presentation - tailored to both frontline and executive audiences
- Highly collaborative and proactive with a strong focus on service and results
- Bachelors degree required; Masters or MBA is a plus
Preferred Experience - Background in procurement supply chain sourcing or MRO (Maintenance Repair Operations)
- Experience working with or for manufacturing organizations particularly at both corporate and site levels
- Comfortable working with supplier/vendor relationships and resolving service issues
- Familiarity with private equity-owned business environments is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
