Job Summary

Job Title : RM Team Lead

Experience : 6-10 Years

Location : Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers; conduct daily huddles and funnel reviews.
Drive revenue delivery advisory quality and team productivity.
Join key HNI/UHNI client meetings and support RMs in closures.
Review proposals and ensure compliance CRM discipline and audit readiness.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance client satisfaction and portfolio outcomes.

Requisites:

Strong background in wealth management and HNI/UHNI client handling.
Experience managing or mentoring Relationship Managers.
Solid understanding of investment products (MF/PMS/AIF/Alternates).
Excellent communication coaching skills and process-oriented work style.
