Job Summary

We are looking for a Platform Manager CDP to join our team and work 100% dedicated to one of our major global pharmaceutical clients.

In this role you will support the operational enablement and technical execution of the Customer Data Platform (Treasure Data CDP) within the clients Campaign Automation Services team. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders technical partners and external consultants to deliver scalable data-driven capabilities that support multichannel marketing campaigns.

This position requires the successful candidate to be based in Spain fully available to work in the US time zone (approx. 13:0021:00 CET) and open to travelling once per month to the clients offices in Sant Cugat (Barcelona).


Main Responsibilities
  • Support the configuration integration and maintenance of the Treasure Data CDP in collaboration with IT and development partners.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data ingestion enrichment and audience segmentation.
  • Maintain and update data schemas pipelines and segmentation logic as directed by the Global Platform Management Coordinator.
  • Coordinate with the Campaign Automation Squad on segmentation briefs and campaign targeting requests.
  • Facilitate the integration of CDP audiences with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Provide support for CDP-related troubleshooting usage questions and operational guidance.
  • Document platform processes and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training resources.
  • Monitor platform performance and report relevant findings to the Coordinator.
  • Ensure alignment with global rollout plans and operational models.


Requirements

  • Based in Spain and able to travel once a month to Sant Cugat.
  • Availability to work fully aligned with US time zone hours (13:0021:00 CET).
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Data Science Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing technology data operations or CDP/campaign support roles.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (Treasure Data preferred; Twilio Segment Salesforce Data Cloud or Oracle Unity also relevant).
  • Solid understanding of data integration ETL workflows and audience segmentation.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; familiarity with APIs HTML or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. SFMC).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills especially within cross-functional and global environments.
  • Detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working in a support-oriented role.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
