- Implement and execute franchise led long-range plans through targeted content & brand marketing campaigns in conjunction & collaboration with Commercial teams (Content Sales Toy & Games Consumer Products Publishing Location Based Entertainment Promotions Direct to Retail)
- Regularly review brand & consumer products performance: Review account listings and weekly Sell Through data.
- Brand social media account and consumer community management. Manage marketing agency to build brand awareness and enhance IP activation. Manage consumer community engage with fans to understand their needs and insight on products.
- Be an effective partner with category managers to ensure that brand objectives are achieved. Communicate Brand Product and Marketing information and participate in the formulation of retailer plans to assist in maximisation of brand performance in Key Accounts. Present product and marketing plans to key customers as required in support of CM team.
- Understand business needs and licensee products development strategy plan for relevant brand events to drive IP activation and execute retail activities with key partners to assist licensees in developing retail business.
- To maximize and coordinate total retail investment in the franchises from all partners and licensees and to sell this opportunity to brick & mortar retailers and ecommerce platforms.
- To ensure the Hasbro franchises are top of mind with key retailers and all relevant information (ranges /content etc.) are provided in a timely fashion.
- To work closely with local division to develop and execute channel specific solutions across all categories.
