As the Senior Partnerships Manager you will:
- Build develop and maintain strong relationships with key OEM partners in China
- Support strategic operational and tactical initiatives to drive business growth
- Support and participate in negotiation processes including commercial agreements and escalations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product Delivery Legal and Commercial) to ensure successful partnership outcomes
- Monitor partner performance identify growth opportunities and proactively address challenges
- Represent Trustonic at industry events partner meetings and engagements in China
- Ensure clear consistent communication on status next steps and required actions across all stakeholders

- Proven track record managing relationships with large mobile OEMs or technology partners
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing escalations
- Familiarity with the Chinese technology ecosystem and business culture
- Ability to work effectively between commercial and technical teams
Knowledge
- Understanding of device security mobile technology and the mobile OEM landscape
- Awareness of industry trends and the regulatory environment in China
- Knowledge of partnership frameworks and negotiation best practices
Languages
- Fluent Mandarin and English (essential)
