You will drive product marketing initiatives for APAC and focus on developing/supporting regional marketing strategies sales enablement. Ensuring product positioning aligns with global standards while addressing local market needs. You will collaborate with global product marketing teams/regional sales/commercial organizations. To deliver impactful campaigns/manage product launches/create localized content that enhances customer engagement and drives growth.
As a Product Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:
Developing and supporting regional marketing strategies aligned with global product positioning and business objectives.
Enabling sales teams by creating localized collateral presentations and tools that drive customer engagement and support revenue growth.
Planning and executing regional campaigns and product launches ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global marketing initiatives.
Collaborating with global PM teams to adapt messaging/content for regional markets. Coordinating with cross-functional teams(sales/commercial/operations) to ensure marketing programs seamless execution.
Conducting market research/analysis to identify trends/customer needs/opportunities for differentiation. Tracking and reporting campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Managing regional content development including brochures/case studies/digital assets tailored to local audiences. Supporting regional events and trade shows including planning/coordination/post-event follow-up.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor in Marketing or related field. 5 years experience in product marketing/regional marketing/commercial support in industrial or B2B sectors.
Have excellent understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
Have experience supporting events and trade shows including planning and coordination.
Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics.
Have excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Have ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Be familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Be Fluent in English and Mandarin additional regional language skills are an advantage.
