Capital One is looking for an indispensable member of the Executive Recruiting team. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring a smooth interview process for executive candidates interviewing with Capital One. This is a highly visible role requiring autonomy problem-solving skills and professionalism.

• Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements

• Exercise proactive detailed and accurate calendar management for the executive with minimal direction.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED or equivalent certification

• Experience in Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within human resources legal or case management

• At least 2 years experience part-time or full-time in a corporate legal human resources or case management role

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
