Job Summary
NGL is an asset-based logistics service provider that offers comprehensive logistics solutions ranging from third-party logistics (3PL) to nationwide transportation. Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule all transportation activities for NGL Transportation
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and products to clients
- Communicate with drivers warehouse staff and clients to optimize scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of shipments schedules and deliveries
- Monitor transportation operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations
- Address any scheduling conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the logistics team to improve processes and streamline operations
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation coordination
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in transportation management systems and software
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in scheduling and coordinating transportation activities.
Salary & Benefits:
