This is a high-impact role where you will act as a trusted partner to the business supporting legal initiatives across our global operations.
What youll be doing
Legal Documentation
- Prepare review and maintain a wide range of legal documents contracts and agreements.
Contract Management
- Support the full contract lifecycle including drafting negotiation tracking and ongoing administration.
Corporate Governance
- Assist with corporate records board materials and compliance with regulatory obligations.
Internal Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to gather information and provide clear practical legal support.
Training
- Organise and deliver legal training sessions to colleagues on policies compliance and relevant legal topics.
Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal activities agreements and documentation.
What youll bring
- Qualified Lawyer (13 PQE or equivalent)
- In-house experience isnot required we are open to candidates from private practice.
- Strongdrafting interpretation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to workat pace and with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn legal complexity into clear user-friendly guidance.
- A collaborative mindset team player flexible and commercially aware.
- Enthusiasm curiosity and the willingness to learn.
