The Role:
- Lead motivate and support the After Sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage customer enquiries technical queries spare parts support and logistics
- Identify and maximise commercial opportunities in line with financial targets
- Develop effective policies procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee warranty management and represent the department in product quality discussions
- Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys loyalty programmes and feedback analysis
- Provide performance reporting monthly quarterly and annually
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers dealers and shipping partners
- Support business growth through networking trade shows and dealer engagement
- Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing Finance Production and Design teams
- Lead process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency
The Person:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a busy After Sales environment
- Proven people-management ability with strong leadership skills
- Background in manufacturing or engineering-related industries
- Flexible approach with ability to travel and handle occasional out-of-hours support
- Full driving licence required
