The Director Events and Experiences is responsible for creating implementing and continuously enhancing a dynamic roster of community events and programs that strengthen engagement and advance UCCs strategic and fundraising priorities.
With a focus on delivering an elevated guest experience and upholding the highest professional standards in planning execution and consistency the Director leads a team of event managers dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement. Together they deliver compelling events across a wide range of formats objectives audiences and venues.
The Director serves as a creative partner proactive collaborator and adaptable problem-solver. This role requires a highly organized leader and relationship-builder who can foster connections across the UCC communityincluding employees parents Old Boys donors and friends.
