Job Summary
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Youll be part of Nikes Advanced Innovation team reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships. This role collaborates across innovation strategy sourcing legal and external partners to design and execute partnership models that accelerate Nikes most forward-thinking initiatives.

Key Qualifications:
- Located in Beaverton OR and able to travel up to 15%
- 710 years of experience in strategic planning corporate development business development management consulting or related fields
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Strategy or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training
- Expertise in intellectual property transactions strongly preferred
- Proven track record in partnership development and integration
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
Youll lead Nikes partnership strategy for Advanced Innovation focusing on materials machinery and services that bring athlete dreams to life. Youll source evaluate and manage strategic relationships that unlock new opportunities for Nike and its partners.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive a partnership portfolio strategy in collaboration with Nike innovators
- Source and evaluate potential partners negotiate agreements and manage relationships
- Attend key strategy and portfolio reviews providing focus and clarity to innovation initiatives
- Work closely with legal and sourcing teams to ensure compliance and alignment with Nike standards
- Identify and vet partners that support Nikes Win Now strategy and long-term innovation goals
