Sr Test Coordinator

Lets introduce ourselves

The quality and release team within Commercial Digital is searching for a Test Engineer. The team is
handling customer journey test flows which includes a vast number of systems services and
integrations. The tests sessions are conducted in a QA environment and are performed to secure and
validated deploy to our end customers.

To handle this the team needs a new member who has the capability to coordinate tests sessions that
include a lot of interaction/integration between product teams be able to troubleshoot and clearly
communicate and follow up defects. To manage the defects Commercial Digital is using Azure DevOps.

Alongside the test coordination team there is a team that handles test automation/test tool development
and contribution to that by feedback information sharing and development is also part of the role. To
finalise the testing we also have the Release Management team who is taking care of the bigger releases
to Production.

Good knowledge in the test area
Good knowledge in running test activitys
Good knowledge in integration tests involving a lot of different systems and applications
Good knowledge in CI/CD
Experience from working in Azure DevOps
Good knowledge in GitHub
Good knowledge in REST API and HTTP
Certificated ISTBQ minimum level as a Tester
High ability of being able to multitask
Self-going and the ability to handle several integrations between different systems
Agile competence

Tasks:
Synchronization/Coordination of teams in a large & complex setup with the mindset of only
collaborators win
Analyse and understand the requirements and problem
Report to program- product team and line organisation both verbally and in writing
Communicate issues and problems to the organisation
Together with product teams QA engineers ensure that Definition of ready and Definition of
Done for each Test level is fulfilled
Coordinate test activities and run Go/No Go for some test level
Defect management
Coordination of joint test sessions as well as for quick turnaround on bug fixing
