Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Plan design and execute test cases covering user interfaces business logic and data access in line with application requirements.
Author and maintain detailed test cases test scenarios and test data to simulate real-life business use cases.
Perform functional system integration regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and end-user satisfaction.
Test troubleshoot and critically evaluate software components to identify defects and improvement areas.
Analyze test results using standard test case design techniques and prepare comprehensive test documentation.
Track report and communicate defect status test progress and individual assignments effectively to stakeholders.
Recommend and implement improvements for test management execution and reporting processes.
Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements system capabilities and enhancement status.
Ensure testing aligns with business requirements and quality standards throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies SDLC and STLC.
Hands-on experience in test case creation execution defect tracking and reporting.
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.
Good to Have
Exposure to SAP functional testing preferably in the SAP HRM / HCM module.
