Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop Li-ion battery power systems for UAV applications.
- Lead BMS hardware firmware and power electronics development.
- Integrate charging solutions with BMS systems.
- Build test and validate electronic circuits and embedded prototypes (lab field).
- Perform fault diagnostics troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Conduct simulations and modelling of BMS performance in varying UAV conditions.
- Develop embedded firmware in C/C for reliable communication with flight controllers.
- Create and maintain Python-based Windows applications for data logging and diagnostics.
- Use CAD tools (Altium Eagle) for circuit design and system modelling.
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical / Embedded Systems / related field.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Li-ion battery systems for UAVs.
- Proficiency in BMS hardware firmware and power electronics.
- Embedded programming skills in C/C.
- Python skills for monitoring/diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of charging systems and communication protocols.
- Experience with circuit design tools (Altium/Eagle).
- Strong debugging testing and fault analysis capabilities.
