Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director Nexus Investor Delivery you will:
- Partner with senior leadership to support departmental initiatives projects and budget management.
- Contribute to the delivery of team objectives while ensuring compliance with policies related to investor registration transactions reporting and cash management.
- Review and approve the processing of capital calls and distributions in line with client instructions and deadlines.
- Ensure a smooth and professional client integration experience fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Address and resolve sensitive or escalated inquiries from clients investors fund managers or internal teams with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with internal AML teams and administrators to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Review and sign off on schedules reports and files ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Allocate team resources effectively to meet service level agreements and operational goals.
- Participate in the internal Client Relationship Management (CRM) framework including regular service reviews with clients and internal partners.
This is Required-Control Function (CF)
Qualifications :
You have:
- Degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of operations experience in financial services fund administration asset management banking or client service with minimum 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of the fund industry and investor operations.
